Gastric issues like bloating, indigestion, acidity, and constipation are common in today’s fast-paced lifestyle. Ayurveda provides time-tested therapies to treat the root cause rather than just the symptoms. Treatments such as Sneha Vasti, Vaman, Virechanam, Kashaya Vasti, and Padabhyangam work to balance the digestive fire (Agni) and eliminate toxins from the gut. These therapies restore the natural digestive rhythm, relieve discomfort, and promote healthier absorption of nutrients. Sneha and Kashaya Vasti are particularly effective for chronic gastric problems as they help in lubricating and cleansing the intestines. Virechanam and Vaman expel excess Pitta and Kapha from the system, which are often responsible for gastric imbalance. Padabhyangam, though subtle, helps calm the nervous system, which positively impacts digestion. With personalized care, Ayurveda brings long-term relief and digestive wellness naturally and safely.
