Ayurveda offers powerful natural solutions for detoxification, helping to cleanse the body of accumulated toxins and restore inner balance. Therapies such as Vaman, Virechanam, Nasyam, Sneha Vasti, and Kashaya Vasti are specifically designed to eliminate impurities through natural pathways. These treatments enhance digestion, boost metabolism, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Detoxification is essential in today’s lifestyle, where poor diet, stress, pollution, and sedentary habits can lead to toxin build-up, resulting in fatigue, skin issues, bloating, or even chronic conditions. Ayurvedic detox therapies purify not only the physical body but also calm the mind, promoting overall vitality. Under professional guidance, these treatments are customized to individual body types (doshas) for maximum effectiveness. Regular detox supports better immunity, mental clarity, and long-term wellness, helping you feel rejuvenated from the inside out.
Nasya treatment refers to an Ayurvedic therapy that includes instillation of herbal oils, juices or powders through the nasal route. It works specifically on disorders of ear, nose and throat. Nasya is one among the five Panchakarma therapies. It is especially desirable for diseases of parts above the base of the neck; nasal passage being the gateway of the head.
Includes facial oil massage or application of steam to face, forehead, head, ears and neck. This helps to loosen the adhesive Doshas.
This is the main step of Nasya and includes instillation of luke warm medication in both the nostrils, alternately, with the help of proper instrument like dropper. The sole, shoulder, neck, ear and palm are gently massaged after the administration of the drug
